@VoipioT @mcclure111 I've had discussions with developers that the 8 and 16 in UTF-8 and UTF-16 don't mean that characters only take up 8 or 16-bits. I had to explain that UTF-8 can accept 1-4 8-bit units to store a character, or 1-2 16-bit units for UTF-16 (IIRC)
