    @beajammingh I've been virtual/WFH for 5 years, so finding a couple of minutes to scream or just crash here and there has been helpful. Before I become virtual, I would go into the server room and just bang my head against the server cabinets or just mutter curses.

      @beajammingh That said, I'm not triggered every time I hear the Microsoft Teams notification sound (which is a lot because I get pulled into a dozen or so chats between start and lunch time). It's not easy to just mute the notification sound thanks to Teams being an utter cluster of UX.
