Well, I just finished migrating a few droplets out of @digitalocean SFO1 and into new datacenters running on their new Premium AMD-powered droplets. I still have one droplet that'll live in SFO1 until I can work up the courage to build its replacement.On twitter.com

I had already migrated all of my Wait Wait Stats related stuff out of SFO1 not too long ago and those droplets are also running on their Premium AMD-powered systems. That build out included a little bit more redundancy and makes use of nginx load balancing and proxy caching.Permalink On twitter.com
