    @maevehiggins @petersagal @waitwait I've done that and mixed in some hot sauce with the mayo to add a little more tang and bite. Normal ketchup is too sweet, especially when eating fries made with sweeter potato varieties.

      @maevehiggins @petersagal @waitwait Then there's the whole Belgian pomme frites that tend to be served with aioli or a variation of a mayo-like dipping sauce. Oh, and out here in the western US, there's something called fry sauce that is mayo based (for the most part).
