@ctrlshifti I've also worked on the backend and business logic side of things when I did any amount of development, I would shudder when I started to think about working on the frontend. While I understood what it took to write compliant HTML and CSS; I froze on working on JS or complex CSS

@ctrlshifti For my personal sites, I've decided to keep things as simple as possible to avoid having to tackle JS or CSS frameworks. I try to rationalize it by saying that it would reduce footprint and resources required; but, at heart, I'm just too chicken to dig into it.

@ctrlshifti As such, I deeply respect frontend devs and the stuff that they have to do with meet requirements and deadlines, much less trying to make things work across browsers and platforms, or even accessible.
