    @jennplusplus For light meals, I got for Vietnamese goi with shredded chicken breast; or, a stir-fry with vegetables and tofu. The latter doesn't require more than a couple drops of oil in a non-stick pan. The former can use nuoc cham as a dressing instead of a vinaigrette.
