      @gabpdx I think there are two guest types: single channel and multi-channel. Multi-channel guests can be added and collaborate in multiple channels and count against your user count. Single channel guests can only be part of a single channel and don't count against the user count.

    @gabpdx Full members have full access to your Slack workspace and have full user functionality (including: customization and adding apps, depending on how you've configured your workspace).
