@Notteham @DGerowPR For crispy, fast food-style fries (especially the ones that Little Burger, Show Bar at @RevHallpdx and Bar Bar at @MississippiStud have), I prefer to spray or spritz malt vinegar or lemon juice to keep them from going soggy. Chips style fries can handle a lemon squeeze or two.
