@Notteham @DGerowPR I'll do jojos every few months when I want something more than just fries or tots. My intro to fry sauce was my first trip to Arctic Circle and missed it when they pulled out of the Portland metro area. For me, ketchup or mustard alone is too biting...Permalink On twitter.com

@Notteham @DGerowPR Squeeze of lemon (a la fish and chips) or a dash of malt vinegar is better. But, fry sauce has both a bit of acid and a bit of unctuousness. I suppose fry sauce isn't too far from mayo and/or aioli-based sauces served with Belgian frites.On twitter.com
