If there was one thing that sometimes makes me uncomfortable about a podcast community that I'm a part of is the member's deep drive/sleuthing into things. If I didn't do what I've done for that podcast and another public radio show, I wouldn't have joined social media.On twitter.com

Being a fairly private person, I'd probably be pretty darn put off or even angry if someone sleuthed for me if I didn't have public profiles (or limited access to my profile). I mean, there's a reason why I ended up with a nickname on said podcast...Permalink On twitter.com

And, unless if it's something super special, I'm glad that I'm not constantly mentioned on the other public radio show. I'm not embarrassed by it, as some would say; but, rather, I don't want the spotlight on me and I'd rather be in a dark room working away at my stuff.Permalink On twitter.com
